At LLHA our team of educators brings passion and expertise in early childhood education. As a team we are commitment to nurturing young minds through play-based and hands-on learning experiences. Learning should be fun, vibrant, engaging, and our educators will embody this philosophy in our classrooms.

We are educators that are dedicated and equipped in early childhood education, we carry a genuine love for teaching and connecting with children. As educators we understand the unique developmental milestones of young learners, and will use their skills to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel safe to explore, discover, and grow!

Andrea Wabuke
Founder/Kindergarten Teacher

Mrs. Andrea Wabuke, a Midland, Texas native, brings 9 years of experience and a deep passion for education. She has primarily taught kindergarten, making a meaningful impact on young learners. She has experience teaching in both public and charter school settings. Mrs. Wabuke earned a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Texas Permian Basin. In recognition of her dedication and excellence in the classroom, she was honored with the Teacher of the Year Award.

Jamie Moore
Pre-K Teacher

Mrs. Moore brings more than 30 years of experience across public, private, and charter school settings. Throughout her career, she has taught 3rd grade, special education, Pre-K, and kindergarten, demonstrating both versatility and dedication to student growth. Mrs. Moore has been recognized for her excellence in education, earning the Who's Who Award as well as the Veteran Teacher of the Year Award.

Carrie Kirkpatrick
Creative Arts Teacher

Mrs. Carrie Kirkpatrick brings 10 years of experience in education with previous years in both PreK and Kindergarten. In 2025, she was honored as Fannin Elementary's Innovative Teacher Award recipient. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Shenandoah University and is a frequent performer with Midland Community Theatre. One of her most memorable career experiences was working as a Disney World Cast Member for two years.
